Just received these FABULOUS photos, taken by Elizabeth Thorp Studios, from the wedding I performed at Het Landhuis in Pittsboro. What a fun night! A big Congrats again to Tenita and Christina :) "My wife and I first saw Amara at the Raleigh International Dance festival a couple of years ago and were amazed at her skills in belly dancing. Out of all the dancers at the festivals she appeared to be the most professional and to have a true love for the authentic style of the dance. We talked with Amara on the phone to go over the details of our wedding. We were able to decide the style of dance we preferred to see as well as the color scheme of her clothing. We naturally connected with her and were excited to have her be a part of our special day.
When Amara arrived to our wedding, she had an incredible level of energy that had us and our guest dancing and participating with her dance. Amara's performance was entertaining and loved by all. She surprised us by giving my wife and I a belly dancing hip scarf as she proceeded to teach us basic belly dancing moves. It was very special and unforgettable! We couldn't have been happier with Amara and would recommend her to anyone! "
