**Feel free to take notes in class. I do allow you to video at the end of class if you want me to demonstrate a movement.**
In the case of inclement weather class cancellation will be posted on my facebook page.
WHAT TO BRING:
Please wear comfortable clothing (yoga or dance pants, tshirt or tank top. If you have it, bring a hip/coin scarf or something to wear around your hips. Some will be provided. Bring a water bottle. We will be dancing barefoot, but you may wear socks. Sneakers or other rubber soled shoes will not be good for dancing.
